Refund policy

Changes or cancellation by the customer

Order for pickup: you can change your platter or cancel your order up to 2 hours before the chosen pickup time slot, by calling us on +33 7 57 83 81 09.
Holiday orders: deadline 20 December 2026 for Christmas and 27 December 2026 for New Year; orders placed before 31 December 2026 can no longer be cancelled.

Unavailable product or order problem

Our platters are prepared with fresh products that depend on deliveries. If a product is missing or your order cannot be prepared as planned, we call you to agree together on a replacement, a cancellation or a refund. No product is replaced without your agreement.

Complaints

Please check your order when it is handed over. To report a missing, non-compliant or damaged product, call us on +33 7 57 83 81 09 or write to contact@lecailler-cypriannais.fr.

Refund

When a refund is agreed, it is made to the payment method used for the order.

Right of withdrawal

Fresh products: no right of withdrawal

In accordance with Article L221-28, 4° of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for the supply of goods liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly, which is the case for the fresh products offered on this website: seafood platters, oysters, crustaceans, shellfish, caviars and smoked salmon. The change and cancellation options described above still apply.

Wines and gift card: 14 days to withdraw

For wines and the gift card, you have 14 days to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to give any reason (Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code). This period starts:

for wines: from the day you collect your order;
for the gift card: from the day it is received by e-mail, by you or by the person you give it to.

To exercise this right, inform us of your decision before the end of the period by an unambiguous statement: by e-mail to contact@lecailler-cypriannais.fr, by post to 28 avenue du Roussillon, 66750 Saint-Cyprien, France, or by handing us the withdrawal form below. Using it is not mandatory.

Wines: bring the bottles back to the shop, 28 avenue du Roussillon in Saint-Cyprien, no later than 14 days after informing us of your decision. This return takes place on site, free of charge. You are only liable for any diminished value of the bottles resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning (Article L221-23 of the French Consumer Code).

Gift card: the card is deactivated and its unused balance is refunded to you.

We refund you no later than 14 days after being informed of your decision, using the same payment method as for the order (Article L221-24 of the French Consumer Code). For wines, the refund may be withheld until the bottles have been brought back to us.
