Shipping policy

Pickup on site

Orders can be collected at 28 avenue du Roussillon, 66750 Saint-Cyprien, whatever their amount.

You choose the pickup date and time in the cart, within our opening hours:

Summer (June to September): Tuesday to Saturday, 10:30–14:00 and 18:30–22:00; Sunday, 10:30–13:30 and 18:30–21:00; closed on Monday.
Winter (October to May): Wednesday to Saturday, 10:30–13:30 and 18:30–20:30; Sunday, 10:30–13:00; closed on Monday and Tuesday.

Delivery

Orders placed on the website are not delivered for the time being: they can only be collected on site. No shipping is offered.

Ordering deadlines

Order online by the day before the chosen day at the latest.
Some products sold by the piece must be ordered at least 48 hours in advance (shown on their page).
Orders including wine are collected before 10 pm, on presentation of an ID.

Your order is confirmed as soon as you pay. We only call you if there is a problem (delivery, availability or time slot), to agree on a solution together.

Receipt and storage

Please check your order when it is handed over and let us know of any problem by phone on +33 7 57 83 81 09. Storage and consumption instructions are given to you orally at pickup.

Events

Services for events (oyster bar, catering, tailor-made platters) are subject to a personalised quote, outside the online shop.
